Terms of service

Hap Web-in is the studio of Erels Harizaj, a sole proprietor based in Tirana, Albania, that builds websites, web and mobile apps, online stores and internal systems. Reach us at info@hapweb-in.com or +355 67 60 68 430.

You're free to use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Don't use it to send spam or malicious code, or to compromise its security.

Information on the website, including guide prices, is for information only and is not a binding offer.

Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the work, the timeline and the price. What the quote says takes priority over general information on this website.

Payments, changes and post-launch support follow the quote accepted by both sides.

The design, text and logo of this website belong to Hap Web-in.

For client projects: once paid in full, the code, domain and content of the project belong to the client, unless the quote says otherwise.

We publish posts to our own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts through each platform's official integrations. Every post is approved by us before it goes out. We never post to anyone else's account.

We do our best to keep this website accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We aren't responsible for third-party websites our links lead to.

If we change these terms, the new version is published on this page with its update date. Questions? Write to info@hapweb-in.com.
