Choose how much looking after your site needs. Every plan runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Monitoring checks your site automatically every few minutes and alerts us when something is wrong. It is not round-the-clock phone support: we act within your plan's response times.

These are the terms of the contract we sign for every project.

Everything in writing
Before we start, the quote and the contract set out the scope, price and timeline. Any work outside the quote happens only by written agreement.
- 02
50% to start, 50% on delivery
You pay a 50% deposit when we sign and 50% on delivery, before the final launch. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

You own it
Once paid in full, the code, design and content of the project are yours. Open-source libraries stay under their own licences.

30 days of free fixes
Any defects in how the project works that you report within 30 days of delivery are fixed free of charge.
- 05
15 days' notice
Either side can end the contract with 15 days' written notice. You pay only for the work done up to that date.
