• What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone and business name (the last two are optional), project type, budget, timeline and project description.
• The language you used on the site, so we can reply in the same language.
• How you found us (for example Google, an ad or an Instagram post), the first page you opened and the campaign name if there is one. This is sent along with the form so we know where clients find us.
• Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are opened, from which country and on what kind of device. These are collected without cookies and don't identify you personally.
• Your IP address, only temporarily, to protect the form from spam and to pick the site's language based on where you're visiting from.

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate about your project. When you send the form we also email you a confirmation. We don't use your data for advertising and don't add you to marketing lists.

We don't sell your data or give it to third parties for their own purposes. We only use the technical services the website needs to work:

• Vercel: website hosting and anonymous visit statistics.
• Resend: delivering the emails sent from the contact form (servers in the European Union).
• Neon: the database where enquiries from the form are kept, so we can follow them through to the end of the project.
• Our email provider: where the messages you send us arrive and are stored.
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram): only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure which ads bring visits and enquiries.

We keep messages from the form for as long as we need them to communicate and work on the project, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together and the law requires longer retention, for example for invoices.

The site always stores a single technical cookie, "hwi-lang", which remembers the language you chose (Albanian or English) for 12 months.

Where your visit came from (source and campaign) is kept only in the open browser tab and is deleted when you close it. Ad clicks are stored only as a yes/no, without any identifier.

Google Ads and Meta Pixel advertising cookies load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you click "No, thanks", they never load. Your choice is saved in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@hapweb-in.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the personal data protection authority in your country.

If we change this policy, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
