Every plan covers hosting, the SSL certificate and domain renewal, security updates, regular backups and small content changes. The site is checked automatically every few minutes and its SSL certificate once a day, and we are alerted as soon as the site stops responding or the certificate is close to expiring. Care and Growth add hours for changes, a monthly report and SEO work. Your point of contact knows your project, so you are never an anonymous ticket in a queue. We work from Tirana, one hour ahead of the UK.

Security and regular updates
Security patches, library and platform updates are applied regularly and tested before going live. The SSL certificate, domain and hosting are kept active, so the site does not go offline because of a forgotten renewal.

The site is checked automatically every few minutes and its SSL certificate once a day. If the site stops responding we are alerted and act within the business day. Regular backups mean a problem can be rolled back quickly.
Small changes without extra invoices
A new price, a photo, a holiday notice or a seasonal offer: small content changes are part of the monthly plan. You send the request by email or WhatsApp and it is done within 3 business days.
